The Surgical Division is looking for an ambitious and proactive Rota Co-ordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our clinical rotas are safely and effectively managed.

Main duties of the job
As Rota Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of medical and clinical staff rotas across the Surgical Division. You will work closely with Consultants, Specialty Doctors, junior medical staff, clinical leads, operational managers and workforce colleagues to ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix are maintained.
