We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Quality and Safety Specialist to join our team. This role is open to a registered healthcare professional with a passion for quality improvement, patient safety, and delivering excellence in care. As a key member of the Trust's Quality and Safety Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing an organisation-wide approach to continuous improvement, helping to drive improvements in patient outcomes, safety, and service quality across the Trust.

Main duties of the job
The primary focus of this role is to support and empower the clinical workforce, working closely with front-line Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professional teams to continually evaluate and improve the quality of care delivered to patients.
