Role summary

This role involves providing individualised quality nursing care to patients requiring Parenteral Nutrition and other IV therapies in their homes. Our Clinical Homecare Nursing team really love what they do! Working in Partnership with our NHS colleagues to provide individualised quality nursing care to patients requiring Parenteral Nutrition and other IV therapies in the comfort of their own homes.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to work autonomously while delivering high-quality clinical care outside of a hospital setting.

Key Details:

Location: Working with trusts and patients in Kent and surrounding areas .

Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 40 hours over 5 days per week on a rolling rota.

The shifts are structured as split shifts to accommodate patient needs. This means you will typically work around 5 hours in the morning to disconnect patients, and another 5 hours in the evening to reconnect them, with a break in the middle of the day. Flexibility is essential; some days may be longer or shorter depending on patient visits, but overall, average out to 40 hours per week.
