Role summary

This fixed-term Community Staff Nurse role involves working within the Core Neighbourhoods team to provide care in patients' homes and residential homes. The service operates seven days a week, aiming to deliver the right care at the right time to help people remain healthy and build independence. The post holder will work with Community Nurses and multidisciplinary teams, supported by Mastercall GPs, to provide a first-class service to Stockport residents.
