Role summary

This role is for a flexible Business Support Administrator to join the Physical Health Service, providing essential administrative support across multiple teams. The post holder will provide reception cover when required, but primarily support three different teams, adapting to changing demands.   • Knowledge of maintaining filing systems and collating information
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
  • Experience of working in a constantly changing environment without direct supervision
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to input accurately to electronic information systems

  • Good time management skills
  • Self-motivated and organised
