An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic and highly organised Support Manager to join the Acute Division of Surgery. This part-time job-share position offers the chance to play a key role in supporting the operational and strategic delivery of a range of surgical services while contributing to improvements in patient access and waiting times.

Working Wednesday to Friday, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative management team, helping to ensure high-quality services are delivered effectively whilst supporting the achievement of local and national performance standards.

About the Ro le

As Support Manager, you will work closely with Unit Operational Managers, Service Managers, Clinical Leads, Unit Nurse Managers, the Access Team and fellow Support Managers to provide both operational and administrative support across surgical services.
