Role summary
This role is for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced part-time Reception Administrator based at Hove Polyclinic. You will provide reception duties, including checking in clients, handling deliveries, booking rooms, and taking calls. The position also involves general office tasks to support the admin team, such as uploading documents, advising service users about prescription collections, and photocopying. You will need to deal sensitively with distressed individuals and maintain a professional manner.
Essential criteria
- NVQ2 or equivalent / good standard of secondary education; GCSE at Grade C or above
- PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
