Role summary

This is an exciting secondment opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Combined Triage Assessment Unit (CTAU) within the Cancer Business Unit. The role involves telephone triaging, assessing, planning, and implementing care for acutely unwell cancer patients. You will support patients undergoing cancer treatments, providing advice and assessment, with some patients being admitted to cancer wards. The unit operates 7 days a week, with varying hours.

We are ideally looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with demonstrable post registration experience with acute and/or Oncology/Haematology experience, who will thrive in our bespoke assessment unit .
