The Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated full-time Employee Relations Administrator to join their Workforce Employee Relations Team in Cambridge. Essential criteria
- Vocational Qualification at Level 3 or equivalent qualification or experience

- Knowledge of HR systems and procedures
- Previous experience of working in a customer facing role
- Experience of inputting accurate and timely data onto electronic systems
- Experience of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to communicate basic or sensitive information to colleagues
- The ability to pay close attention to detail in written and electronic communication and information storage
- The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality administrative support
- Able to organise, prioritise and adjust own workload in relation to the priorities of a busy department on a daily basis
- The ability to suggest & demonstrate changes to own practice
- Demonstrates personal duty of care in relation to the safe use of equipment and other resources
- Deal with situations in a sensitive manner
- Maintains the quality in own work
- Previous experience of working in the NHS
- Previous experience of carrying out general admin procedures in reception/administration environment

Job summary
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated, full time Employee Relations Administrator within the Workforce Employee Relations Team, who will be based at Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge on the Biomedical campus.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a busy Employee Relations Team.
You will have responsibility for talking to colleagues on the phone and in person and communicating via email providing the full range of administrative support. You will also need experience of working with MS Office.
The skills we are looking for are attention to detail, tact, patience, and accurate data entry, the ability to liaise with colleagues throughout the Hospital and beyond, excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and respectful manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong teamwork ethic, sense of accountability, and accompanied by an ability to work under time restraints and pressure at times. We will provide the necessary support to ensure your development within your role.
