Role summary
This role is for a Clinical Practice Educator within the learning and development department at Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust. The post involves coordinating and supporting non-medical undergraduate learners on placement, developing supervisors and assessors, and providing clinically based education on acute wards. The Trust is a major acute and specialist care provider in Cornwall, serving a large population and employing approximately 6,700 staff. Main duties of the job
The post focuses on:
Co-ordination and support of all non medical under graduate learners on placement within the Trust.
Support and development of Supervisors, Assessors and Preceptors in practice.
Provision of clinically based education within specific acute ward areassupporting both pre-registration students and preceptees.
