Role summary
We are looking for a caring and motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our District Nursing Team. You will support registered nurses in delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes and community settings, helping them maintain their independence, health and wellbeing. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will undertake a range of delegated clinical and personal care duties, support community clinics, assist with stock management and maintain accurate records. The role requires excellent communication skills, compassion, and the ability to work independently while providing person-centred care to patients with a variety of healthcare needs.
