Role summary
NHFT is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join the Primary Healthcare team at HMP Peterborough. Job summary

Main duties of the job
The Primary Healthcare provision at HMP Peterborough is provided by Northamptonshire Foundation Trust. The team consists of nurses, HCA's, Chronic disease nurses, Sexual health and General Practitioners. The team works closely with the Psychosocial team, Secondary Mental Health team and Healthcare Services to provide a Trauma Informed Well Being Service for residents.
