Role summary
Join the Child & Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH) service as an experienced Team Administrator. This role involves providing effective and efficient administrative support to the Countywide Eating Disorders Team, ensuring the smooth functioning of service systems. The post holder will manage confidential information, produce reports, and support the lead within a busy, multi-disciplinary environment. Applicants should be professional, well-organised, and proficient in Microsoft Office and patient information systems.
Essential criteria
- oEnglish & Math's GCSE or equivalent
- oGood standard of written and spoken English

- oNVQ Admin
- oAdvanced Administration skills at a senior level
- oHealth/Social care patient information systems
- oHealth/Social care patient information systems
- oWorking as part of an administrative team for at least a year
- oReception duties on a Health or Social Care setting
- oExperience in a health/mental health, education or social services setting
- oComputer literacy and word processing skills (MSOffice Word)
- oData entry skills
- oAbility to prioritise workload & plan & organise own time effectively
- oAbility to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a pressured environment
- oKnowledge & understanding of medical terms

Job summary
