Role summary

Essential criteria
- Certificate in Community Mental Health at NVQ Level 4 or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Substantial demonstrable experience of delivering and coordinating learning programmes
- Evidence of on-going personal Development
- Knowledge of signs and symptoms of a range of mental disorders and its affects on individuals' and societies response
- Awareness of evidence based practise
- Ability to work autonomously and set own and others' priorities
- Experience of lone working within a community setting
- Demonstrate planning skills
- To have knowledge of the cultures and religions of the communities of Lancashire & South Cumbria
