Essential criteria

  • Certificate in Community Mental Health at NVQ Level 4 or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Substantial demonstrable experience of delivering and coordinating learning programmes
  • Evidence of on-going personal Development
  • Knowledge of signs and symptoms of a range of mental disorders and its affects on individuals' and societies response
  • Awareness of evidence based practise
  • Ability to work autonomously and set own and others' priorities
  • Experience of lone working within a community setting
  • Demonstrate planning skills
  • To have knowledge of the cultures and religions of the communities of Lancashire & South Cumbria
