Role summary
Join our innovative and proactive Community Hospital Team as a Staff Nurse to provide skilled, clinical, and effective care on Menlli Ward. This permanent part-time position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based nursing care collaboratively. You will also assist in managing the clinical area and participate in staff education and supervision. This role offers an exciting opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified registered nurses to develop skills in a continually evolving learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide skilled, clinical and effective care.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidenced-based nursing care.
- Work collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
- Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area.
- Participate in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
Essential criteria
- NMC Registered
- oPre-registration evidence in direct nursing care
- oExperience of providing holistic nursing care
- oClear understanding of contract of care
- oClear understanding of consent process
- oAbility to communicate effectively
- oAbility to work under pressure.

- oEvidence of post registration study and training,
