We invite applications for the above position, which is based at Woodend Hospital in Aberdeen. This post has evolved as a result of the retirement of a member of the Consultant Team. The role is to provide Rehabilitation Medicine Consultant input at Major Trauma Centre in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI) and also for inpatients at Neurorehabilitation Unit (NRU) at Woodend Hospital. There will also be sessional commitments at the outpatient clinics including for patients transitioning into adult services, patients with posture or movement disorders which includes managing patients with Botulinum Toxin injection and Baclofen pumps.
This post will join a vibrant team of Consultants providing a Rehabilitation Medicine service across a range of settings in Woodend Hospital, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and other community settings.
