Role summary

The Estates Carpenter will join the Workplace Team on a permanent basis, maintaining and improving environments for patients and staff.   • oExperience of multi skilled building fabric/carpentry trades acquired through training / experience
  • oExperienced in the use of IT based control systems

  • oKnowledge / awareness of asbestos, water, electrical and mechanical safety
  • oHolds a current driving licence
  • oExperience of maintenance and repair of commercial/public properties or similar and equipment

Our Workplace Team is looking for a skilled and motivated Estates Carpenter to join us on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your carpentry and joinery expertise to help maintain and improve environments where patients receive care and staff deliver essential services every day.   • A Level 3 BTEC, City & Guilds qualification in Carpentry and/or Joinery, or equivalent training and industry experience?
  • A completed apprenticeship in a carpentry or joinery discipline?
