Role summary

This role is for a Learning & Development Manager who is passionate about people, leadership, and unlocking potential within the NHS workforce. The successful candidate will advise managers and staff on learning and development, lead training initiatives, and deliver engaging learning experiences. They will also support Trust-wide people strategies and projects, driving continuous professional development and fostering a learning culture.
