Role summary
This role is for a Recruitment Planning Coordinator within the Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. Essential criteria
- Experience of Trac recruitment system
- Experienced in ESR
- Experience in managing Conflicting workloads
- Experience of managing end to end recruitment
- Experience to produce and analyse statistical reports and data
- Knowledge of NHS Employers Employment Check standards
- Knowledge of NHS agenda for change process'
- Knowdege of right to work & home office legislation
- Planning and managing meetings
- Able to provide advice to managers on recruitment best practice and provide options for recruitment activities
Desirable criteria
- Experience of conducting Interviews
