We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Midwives who are passionate about delivering high-quality maternity care in the community and dedicated to enhancing the experience of our service users.

Main duties of the job

As a Band 6 Core Community Midwife, you will:

Provide excellent community based maternity care

Act as a role model for junior staff and students, supporting their development in community practice.

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the community setting.

Take responsibility for a specific role within the team, such as:

o Staff and student off-duty rota management

o Delivering pregnancy birth and beyond classes

o Breastfeeding Champion

o Junior staff appraisals

o Friends and Family
