The role involves acting as a named nurse, providing patient-centred, multi-disciplinary, collaborative, and evidence-based care. Candidates should have experience in Adult Mental Health and current NMC registration.

Ward 22 is a 14 bedded Acute Psychiatric assessment and treatment Ward for all adults within RCT & Bridgend.
To undertake the role of named nurse providing assessment, implementation of care and treatment and evaluation.
Ensure the care given is patient centred, multi-disciplinary, collaborative and evidence based.
Please note: We welcome applications from registered nurses; however, this role is not suitable for student nurses who have not yet obtained NMC registration. Candidates must be registered with the NMC at the point of application.
