Job summary

Later Life Neighbourhood Service Tandridge are seeking an enthusiastic community mental health nurse to join the team.

As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will work within a neighbourhood team, partnering with statutory, voluntary, and community sector organisations to deliver a coordinated, person-centred approach to care.

The successful candidate will provide specialist mental health assessment, intervention, treatment, and ongoing support to patients within their own homes and community settings. You will act as a Care Coordinator/Lead Professional , where appropriate, ensuring high-quality care that promotes recovery, independence, and wellbeing.

You will be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and have opportunities to further develop your clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
