Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR Advisor to join the HR Business Partnering [contact details removed] at Sheffield Health Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. The role involves providing advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of HR issues, including grievance, disciplinary, and sickness absence management. You will work in a generalist capacity, supporting a designated Directorate and contributing to projects and organisational change. The team operates a hybrid working model, and while full-time is preferred, part-time may be considered.
