We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse to work within the Caithness Community Mental Health team based at Wick Community Mental Health Team.
As a CMHN in Caithness you will work within an Integrated Health and Social Care Team and be required to carry out assessments, care planning, care implementation and reviews and act as a care co-ordinator where appropriate for clients in the Caithness area.
You will need to demonstrate a broad range of clinical therapeutic work as well as being able to work both independently and within the multi-disciplinary team setting.
