- Abilty to demonstrate working to Band 6 level competencies
- Access to transport to enable locality working

- Experience of working in MDT
- Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Is adaptable, motivated and able to work across different community settings.
