Role summary
This role supports the Lead Rota Administrator with recruitment, pre-employment compliance, staff onboarding, and workforce record management. It ensures clinical and non-clinical staff are vetted, trained, and credentialed before starting duties. The position is remote but may require occasional in-person attendance in North East London. It is a part-time role for 20 hours per week.
Essential criteria
- Administrative experience involving compliance, document verification, or record keeping.
- Experience liaising with candidates and organising interviews.
Desirable criteria
- Experience within NHS HR/compliance, NHS Employment Standards, or GP Federations/PCNs.
- GCSE grade A\* to C (4-9) in English and Maths or equivalent.
- NVQ or certificate in HR Administration, Recruitment, or Business Admin.

Job summary
The Rota Support & Compliance Administrator supports the Lead Rota Administrator with recruitment administration, pre-employment compliance, staff onboarding and workforce record management. The role ensures that clinical and non-clinical staff are appropriately vetted, trained, credentialed and ready to work before commencing duties.
This is a remote role; however, you may occasionally be required to attend the workplace in person, and you will be given notice where this is needed. You must also be able to work in and around North East London (NEL) when required.
This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week. Working days will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.
