Role summary
This role is for a Clinical Support Worker in Community Nursing and Integrated Care Teams in Wakefield. For both roles it is essential that you have:
- Full driving licence.
- Access to and use of your own vehicle for work purposes.
- An ability to work independently in community settings while supporting the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Level 2 in numeracy and literacy (or equivalent)
Plus one of the following:
- Vocational Level 3 qualification in a Health related subject regulated by OFQUAL
- For existing Mid Yorkshire staff evidence of Band 2 competency booklet completed
- Any new employees who can evidence competency of core clinical skills, as outlined above in the CSW Band 3 JD
