Role summary

We are recruiting to Clinical Support Workers in our Community Nursing and Integrated Care Teams in Wakefield.

For both roles it is essential that you have:

  • Full driving licence.
  • Access to and use of your own vehicle for work purposes.
  • An ability to work independently in community settings while supporting the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Level 2 in numeracy and literacy (or equivalent)

Plus one of the following:

  • Vocational Level 3 qualification in a Health related subject regulated by OFQUAL
  • For existing Mid Yorkshire staff evidence of Band 2 competency booklet completed
  • Any new employees who can evidence competency of core clinical skills, as outlined above in the CSW Band 3 JD
