Essential criteria
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience/ qualifications
- Evidence of continuing professional development in service improvement e.g. process mapping, demand and capacity analysis, role redesign
Desirable criteria
- Educated to Masters level or equivalent experience/ qualifications
- Project Management qualification
- Project management skills - ability to plan, manage and monitor according to the project framework and within the agreed budget
- Proven track record of working within healthcare settings on service or system improvement projects
- Demonstrable project management experience with evidence of affecting change, process redesign and establishing monitoring/evaluation mechanisms
- Experience of working with people with lived experience of mental illnesses or physical health problems
- Education/qualification

The main purpose of this post is to support key projects within the King's Health Partners Mind & Body Programme on physical health inequalities for adults living with serious mental illness, and mental health interventions in physical health settings.
Note - this role will work across projects in Mind & Body, dividing time across workstreams, where needed, to support effective project delivery as required for the programme.
The post holder will work closely with the wider team, as well as clinical, operational and academic colleagues across KHP.
In many cases these projects will be developed and delivered at a fast pace, working closely with the relevant project leads, who are senior academics and clinicians from across our partnership and their teams. The work will require engaging with a wide range of stakeholders from across our partner organisations and local health economy. The post holder will lead on designated projects/workstreams within the relevant programme, supported by the Programme Director and Programme Manager.
