NHS Highland is looking for a compassionate and motivated Social Care Worker to join our Older Adult Day Care Service. What you'll do

As a Social Care Worker, you will:

  • Act as a keyworker, contributing to the assessment, planning and review of individual care plans.
  • Deliver person-centred care and support in a safe, respectful and dignified manner.
  • Support individuals with personal care, nutrition, mobility and medication in line with NHS Highland policies.
  • Develop and facilitate meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social inclusion.
