Role summary

This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development, leadership, and organisational development initiatives to enhance staff capability, experience, and engagement across the Trust. The advisor will conduct analysis to determine the return on investment of these offerings and use findings to inform future training needs. Essential criteria

  • Graduate qualification or relevant, transferable experience.
  • CIPD/ITOL qualification or equivalent relevant experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or Talent Management.
