Essential criteria
- Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject
- Assistant Practitioner Foundation Degree ( or willingness to work towards)
- Experience of working with a therapist
- Experience of delivering therapy programmes devised by a therapist
- Experience of planning and delivering therapy activities with children
- oCar driver/owner with a UK driving licence and insurance for business use (It is unlikely that public transport will meet this requirement).

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to develop their speech, language and communication skills?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Band 4 Speech and Language Therapy Assistant to join our friendly Children's Speech and Language Therapy team in Coventry.
You will work closely with Speech and Language Therapists and other professionals to support children and young people with a range of speech, language and communication needs. You will have opportunities to deliver evidence-based speech, language and communication interventions , working directly with children, families and education settings.
Main duties of the job
You will work with children and young people aged 0-19 years, supporting a wide range of speech, language and communication needs across a variety of settings ( eg family homes, nurseries, mainstream schools, special schools, clinic).
