An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse to join our team within the Medical High Dependency Unit at Raigmore Hospital. We are a 6 bedded critical care unit comprising of 4 open bays and 2 cubicles.
The Medical High Dependency Unit admits acutely unwell patients directly from the Acute Medicine Unit, General wards, Community and Emergency Department. This is a fast paced and interesting environment to work within.
We are looking for a motivated, caring and compassionate nurse, who is able to work well under pressure and already has experience within a HDU setting or are looking to gain enhanced experience within an acute environment.
Successful candidates should be able to work well as part of a cohesive and dynamic team and have an interest in building leadership skills, have excellent care values and a good sense of humour.
