Role summary
This role involves leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Falmouth and Penryn Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) Project. Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership to deliver successful change programmes, empowering teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Ensure robust programme and project governance through effective planning, documentation, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and leadership to managers, change leads, and staff for high-quality project delivery.
- Prepare and present reports for governance groups, ensuring compliance with agreed programme frameworks.
- Apply recognised methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP, PDSA, Lean, and Six Sigma to manage change effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies, and take corrective action to maintain delivery.
Essential criteria
- Relevant qualification and experience in programme/project or change management methodologies
- Educated to Masters level or equivalent relevant experience
- Good basic education, demonstrating high levels of literacy and numeracy
- Extensive experience of delivering service change in complex and challenging environments
- Experience of presenting complex and sensitive information to key stakeholders and large groups
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement across multiple areas
- Experience of managing a team without direct line management
- Demonstrated capability to plan over short, medium and long-term timeframes and adjust plans accordingly
- Ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders and managers on difficult and controversial issues
- Highly developed analytical and comparison skills and the ability to interpret highly complex and sensitive information from a wide range of sources
- Advance experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Desirable criteria
- Experience in development and maintenance of policies and protocols

Job summary
