Role summary

Famau Ward at Denbigh Community Hospital is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse to join their friendly ward team. This role involves providing holistic care for patients, including respiratory, elderly, and GP care patients. Famau Ward at Denbigh Community Hospital are seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse to join our friendly ward team. This post is an exciting opportunity for a trained nurse to become part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team in providing holistic care for our patients.

Famau is a 23 bedded ward which comprises of respiratory patients, care of the elderly patients and local patients under GP care.

Staff are always encouraged to develop their skills. In-house specific training is a regular occurrence which focuses on developing our staff to enhance their practice.

Main duties of the job

The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
