Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and experienced Anaesthetic Practitioner to join the Senior Team at Rugby as Clinical Lead for Anaesthetics and Recovery. The role involves providing visible, effective clinical and operational leadership for anaesthetic and recovery services, ensuring safe, effective, evidence-based, and patient-centred perioperative care. You will manage and lead a team across both specialities, acting as an expert resource and clinical role model. The position requires an organised, focused individual capable of balancing clinical and management responsibilities within a supportive team environment.
Essential criteria
- oDegree in relevant subject or willingness to undertake. oCurrent Professional Registration oEvidence of CPD oTeaching and assessing qualification. oLeadership qualification or completion of leadership programme

- oMaster's degree or working towards
- oProfessional clinical experience in appropriate speciality oHighly developed communication skills oAbility to successfully manage people and change. oExperience of conflict management oA good understanding of HR policy and process
