Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Community Therapy Team as a Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering patient-centred rehabilitation services alongside occupational therapists and physiotherapists. The role involves implementing therapy interventions, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the team during peak service times. You will also participate in a 7-day service rota, including weekends, from 8am to 8pm. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care and rehabilitation.
Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

- An understanding of manual handling principles
- Previous experience of working in the care or leisure setting

As a vital part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to delivering a patient-centred rehabilitation service, working closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
