Main duties of the job
Undertake comprehensive patient-centred interviews and assessments and deliver a range of low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)-based interventions.
Support service users in their recovery through face to face, telephone and video-based individual work, as well as group workshops and computerised CBT.
Deliver outcome-focused, evidence-based interventions to service users experiencing common mental health difficulties, while recognising own limitations, and seeking advice/supervision when appropriate.
Complete assessments of risk to self, risk to others and risk from others. Record and act on the information collected appropriately, seeking advice from supervisor and/or safeguarding lead as needed, to ensure risks are
