Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Healthcare Support Workers to join North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust. The role involves working as a Band 3 Senior HCSW across inpatient wards at Warrington and Halton Hospital, supporting high-quality patient care. Job summary
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for experienced Healthcare Support Workers to join North Cheshire and Merseyside NHS Foundation Trust , as part of our newly merged organisation delivering integrated care across acute and community services.
We are recruiting Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Workers to work across a range of inpatient wards at Warrington and Halton Hospital . This is a multi-area advert, enabling candidates to be considered for a variety of clinical environments and matched to the area that best suits their skills, experience and career ambitions.
As a Band 3 Senior HCSW, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care, working alongside registered nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team. You will bring experience, confidence and leadership within the HCSW role, acting as a role model and supporting more junior colleagues within the team.
Previous experience in an acute hospital setting is preferred.
