We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Organisational Development Advisor to join our Team Engagement and Development (TED) programme--an award-winning approach to improving team effectiveness across the NHS and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of organisational development, supporting teams and leaders to understand their engagement data, have impactful conversations, and take meaningful action. You will design and deliver engaging training, facilitate team development sessions, and provide tailored support to both internal teams and external partner organisations.

As part of a small, dynamic team, you'll play a key role in the continued growth of TED--supporting new client onboarding, contributing to innovative resources, and helping shape the future of team engagement across multiple sectors.
