Please note: at this stage, the role is open only to colleagues currently employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts, the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Medway Community Healthcare or working on the Staff Bank within these organisations. Our Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service provides specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for adults with progressive and non-progressive neurological conditions. Our multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, dietitians, nurses, rehabilitation assistants and administrators work together to maximise independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

We support people affected by stroke, traumatic brain injury, MS, Parkinson's disease and motor neurone disease, including those transitioning from hospital and those living with long-term neurological conditions in the community.
