Role summary

This is an administrative role supporting clinical managers within HMP Birmingham Healthcare. The post holder will require NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and knowledge of secretarial procedures and software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.   • GCSE certificate in English and Maths

  • Experience of call handling and customer care
