Role summary
This role provides essential administrative and data-entry support to the Major Trauma, Acute & Emergency, and Urgent Care teams. The post holder will identify, extract, and accurately enter trauma data into the National Major Trauma Registry (NMTR) to support audit activity and service improvement. Additionally, they will coordinate medical statements requested by the Police, managing a dedicated mailbox and liaising with clinicians to meet statutory deadlines. The position involves data gathering, interpretation, quality assurance, and administrative support for the Emergency Department.

Job summary
The post holder provides essential administrative and data-entry support to the Major Trauma, Acute & Emergency, and Urgent Care teams.
