Role summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Healthcare Support Worker to join the Bignold Ward team at Caithness General Hospital. This is a busy 24-bed post-acute and rehabilitation ward caring for patients with complex conditions. You will be supported in training to deliver high-standard, evidence-based patient-centred care, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team. Key duties include implementing rehabilitation goals, providing pressure area care, and personal care to vulnerable patients. This is a permanent part-time post of 23 hours, working rotational day/night shifts.
