Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Rehabilitation Team as a Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant. You will be a vital part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to a patient-centred rehabilitation service alongside occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves delivering therapy interventions, carrying out rehabilitation plans, and maintaining accurate documentation. Essential criteria
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
? Deliver rehabilitation through therapy interventions, which may include support with personal care tasks, cognition and mobility? Carry out rehabilitation plans as delegated by occupational therapists and physiotherapists.? Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with service users, families, and the therapy team.? Be flexible to support the team during peak service times.? Participate in the 7-day service rota, including weekends.
