Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Experienced Registered Nurse to join a dynamic Community Nursing Team. - Evidence of ongoing professional development

Our aim is to provide a high standard of evidence based care to housebound patients within their own homes and to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
The successful candidate will have a have a general knowledge of current best practice in Community Nursing.
The Service operates seven days a week and flexible working is required.
The requirements are that you should hold a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel across the Rural North area. A mileage allowance is available.
