Job summary

This role focuses on supporting Medicines Optimisation and Pharmacy Services (MOPS) through the collection, analysis, management, and reporting of data to support service delivery, performance monitoring, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Main duties of the job

The post holder is responsible for:

Collecting, validating, analysing, and reporting data from a wide range of clinical, pharmacy, workforce, financial, digital, and patient administration systems.

Supporting MOPS with mandatory, statutory, operational, performance, quality, and assurance reporting requirements.

Undertaking audits and surveillance activities, analysing findings, identifying trends and risks, and presenting results in a clear and meaningful way.

Producing accurate reports and dashboards, including graphical presentations, and disseminating information to key stakeholders.

Developing and maintaining databases and reporting systems to support medicines optimisation and pharmacy services.

Providing analytical support for service improvement initiatives, incidents, operational pressures, and emerging priorities.

Working collaboratively with clinical, operational, digital, and corporate teams to ensure robust data gov
