- Recognised mentoring, coaching or supervision qualification

We'relooking for experienced and compassionate clinicians to join our Clinical team in the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC). This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our "virtual care" model -- providing remote clinical assessment, triage and advice to ensure patients get the right care at the right time.
This post offers a development pathway for experienced and confident Band 5 Adult Nurses ready to progress to Band 6, with full training and ongoing support, as well as established band 6paramedics & nurses.
If you are successfully shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an online clinical assessment on Thursday 24th September 2026. If successful you will then beinvited to a face to face interview on Thursday 1st October 2026 at Medway MRC
