- Manage organisational changes, support consultations, and workforce redesign initiatives, engaging with Staffside representatives.
- Provide expert advice on recruitment and retention processes, including supporting career events and developing strategies for hard-to-fill posts.
- Travel independently across Trust sites, requiring a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
