Essential criteria
- NVQ level 3 in Business Administration/Information Management or equivalent level education
- GCSE (Grades A-C) or equivalent in Mathematics and English

- OCR/RSA 3 or equivalent in text/word processing
- Evidence of further study relevant to information analysis
- Recent, relevant and extensive experience working within an administrative role
- Significant experience of maintaining contemporaneous information records including systems administration
- Experience of effectively communicating with a range of stakeholders including staff and managers in difficult situations
- Experience of handling large amounts of information, reporting on data and producing statistics in the form of charts and tables
- Minute taking experience
- NHS experience
- Knowledge of the full range of administrative procedures
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
- Extensive and in-depth knowledge of programme data bases
- Good understanding of the Data Protection Act and Information Governance
- Understanding of the advantages/limitations of different metrics
- Knowledge of PowerPoint
