  • Advanced keyboard / IT skills Including audio typing

There is an opportunity for a Team Secretary, Band 3, to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm based at Longford Primary Care Centre to work in the Community Mental Health Older Adult Service admin team.

The service consists of a team of clinicians from different professional backgrounds with skills in assessing people to see if they have dementia. They also provide post diagnostic information and other support for people who have just been given a diagnosis of dementia.

Main duties of the job

Team Secretaries are vital members of the team providing support to clinicians and managers and supervising the day to day workload of the Admin Support colleagues.You will support the standardisation of admin support across the Trust to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the admin support received by clinical services.
